The terminated Curly Cord is a simple solution to the problem of how to install buttons on a steering wheel. This loom has provision for up to 5 buttons, with 1 common ground, and is compatible with many MoTeC products.

This loom uses small gauge wires, and is only suitable for switches, dials or buttons.

When this loom is used with the main terminated loom provided with track and race kits, only two buttons are used as standard. However, if additional buttons are needed, the relevant I/O upgrade is required.

If your installation requires them, the Two Button Loom (#61221) has 3 spare sockets for adding extra buttons. When installing, secure the straight section at each end of the Curly Cord with cable ties to prevent strain at the connectors.
